We stayed for 2 nights, overall satisfied with our stay. Very good location, The property is a bit old but well maintained and clean. Heater was very loud but it didn’t really bother us, however it could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper.
The only thing that dissapoint us was, check in time stated as 4pm. We arrived at the front desk at 2pm and did the pre-check in. The lady that did the pre check in was very nice, she told us she will call when the room was ready. It was raining that day, so we really want to get settle in. 4.15pm we came back to the front desk to see if our room is ready. A different lady serve us asked : did we call you? (Not so friendly tone).
Then, No it’s not ready.
So, we supposed to wait until we receive a call when the room is ready, without given any approximate time:(
We actually understand the situation, they were short handed, but the way that lady spoke to us, just make the rainy day more unpleasant for us.
We finally checked in to our room at 6pm.

Great location and great for families
Posted Mar. 30, 2024 on HotelsGreat location and friendly staff. Game room could use a good cleaning and is a bit outdated but my kids loved playing ping pong. Price was great for the space you get compared to a regular hotel room. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool.

Posted Mar. 29, 2024 on HotelsThe place was great. It felt like we had our own apartment, with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Two bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. Very private and quiet. This was a great place to stay in Sedona.

Property is in a great location, is comfortable. Our Villa had a bad smell (of something organic that has been left rotting). It was unpleasant. They did not give us another room but sent us a room freshener which didn’t really help. We got used to the smell in a few days. The hair dryer was not working.

The property and the unit itself were just great. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five stars was because they require you to check out by 10 am but then close the office before that time for a "staff meeting." Just a tad bizarre but I'd go there again with no hesitation.

Old and dark, but with some positives.
Posted Mar. 18, 2024 on HotelsOk. So I booked based on the really good reviews and price. We like to have space with our family and have stayed in other timeshares before. I knew from the pictures it looked a little older and possibly dark. Or maybe just bad pictures Well it was dark! Really dark and older. The sheets and pillows had a smell to them, though my husband did not smell it. Due to that I did not sleep well the first night. I was kinda grossed out. The ceilings were really low.
The positives were the people checking us in were really nice. The space was nice. The location was really good. And the price was good compared to other accommodations. We were able to do more that we wanted to do with the savings. So overall it was fine. I would not stay here again though. I would just save more next time.

Our unit was clean and quiet. We had a loft but didn’t use. We enjoyed the fireplace. The unit faces the clubhouse area with easy access to the pool. Bed was comfy. We would recommend.
