There were multiple hangout spots outside, everything we needed was provided, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to cool off or hang in the water due to the amount of moss floating. The moss was mentioned in the description and appreciate the honest communication.

Gina, thanks so much for your review. I'm so sorry for the button moss. There's nothing we can do to stop it from floating up from the bottom and then downstream past us...but we finally figured out a way to divert it away from our swimming area few weeks ago. We're glad you enjoyed our property otherwise!

Great stay at a beautiful home
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayLaura had everything we needed for a fun-filled, relaxing weekend getaway! We enjoyed kayaking, sitting on the deck with morning coffee, and making smores with the fire pit at night. Would definitely recommend!!!

Cute little place on a river
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was just perfect for 2 adults (a couple of kids would fit nicely in the loft) Nicely appointed and well equipped. It has great sitting areas from the porch to the waterside deck. We would have used the water toys but the weather wasn’t cooperating and the river was very low. We hope they get rain soon! Great communication & directions from the owners.

Kathryn, we enjoyed having you and wish the weather would have cooperated too! While the river is low right now, it’s due to our dam being repaired and still plenty deep enough to swim, kayak, paddle board, and fish. We hope you’ll return soon so you can enjoy everything we have to offer.

Lovely property
Publié le 13 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay. The property, decor and finishings are top notch. What a beautiful location on the Guadalupe River while in the area for my grandson's 1st birthday. I sure hope to visit again when we can take advantage of the water activities.
