The river access, canoes, paddles and life jackets were all available for our use, including other floats to enjoy the water which was a great temperature. The tiny house was lovely, clean, and accommodating, with nice touches like hammocks and swings for relaxing outdoors. My family and I had an excellent time.

Sweet and Cozy
Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI was pleasantly surprised that this rental was just as advertised. It was CLEAN, the kayaks and paddles were in working order and the place was so inviting. We loved the outside shower, coming back up from the lake, the shower was the cherry on top. We vow to be back and maybe take in a full week instead of 3 days. Thank you to all who made this a pleasant stay ❤️

River stay

Great little get away
Publié le 10 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time and would stay here again. Only 2 recommendations: spray for wasps or have plenty of wasp spray on hand. There were several wasp nests by the front door and outside shower. Second was the steps down to the water, that last step is a big one and someone with bad knees would struggle.

Sussan, thank you so much for staying with us and for such valuable feedback. We subscribe to regular pest control service and they spray for wasps, but your visit was just before their visit. It sounds like we need to look into having them come a bit more often in the summer months to stay ahead of the wasps. We do have wasp spray in the outdoor Shed area, so I'll make sure to label it better.
And I agree, that last step down to the riverbed is a big one. Since the lake transitioned to a river in March, the riverbed continues to settle. We have a guy who is supposed to be out in the next 2 weeks to add another step to make it more manageable for everyone.

Publié le 8 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayOwners were very kind. Everything in the home is just as listed. No surprises. The home is really near and I can’t remember a more peaceful morning than sitting on the river as the sun rose. 10/10 100% would recommend.

Can’t beat it!!
