Publié le 15 sept. 2015 sur HotelsWe booked here based on TripAdvisor reviews. The room was small but well set up and exactly like described so no complaints there. The main issue was a very poor air conditioning system that has nothing to do in a brand new hotel. It is so noisy that we had to turn it off, but when doing that it started to blow a light breeze of heat. We reported it to the reception, to no avail. Breakfast was average and the advertized (hotels.com) evening reception was not there. We left a day early to get some decent sleep elsewhere. We are european, so we say things in a more subtile way than some americans. However, when asked if we had a good stay, we answered "obviously not if we are leaving a Day early!" Which triggered no further question. We felt the manager was very involved in running the place at best, but staff around him need a lot of improvement to provide decent service.

Excellent stay. Bedding was comfortable and area was safe and clean. A nice kitchenette was available 😊

Rooms smells like mold. We had to seitch rooms twice and ended in a third room which had a wet carpet. Not returning
