The neighborhood is very quiet and you can easily reach the center of Cagliari or the beach in just ten minutes by car or public transport. del Poetto, nearby you will find all the services such as bars, restaurants, shops, bank, post office... The house has just been renovated and enjoys all comforts: air conditioning, flat screen TV, hob, microwave oven, hairdryer , washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make the best use of it.
There are 6 beds: a double bed in the first bedroom, a French double bed in the second bedroom and a French double bed in the third bedroom. The living room includes linen, sheets and towels for all guests.

Wohnung sehr schön und zentral, Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit, Umgebung teilweise etwas laut.

Séjour chez Fulvio mitigé.

Le logement de Fulvio est un joli appartement, propre, à 15 minutes en voiture de la plage. Il a cependant quelques désagréments (coupures électriques régulières, aucun condiment, pas de jeux). Les informations de l'annonce sont erronées (pas de 2ème sdb utilisable, pas de wifi, linge de maison payant, pas de place de parking privée). Cependant Fulvio nous a prêté du matériel de plage car étant venus en avion, nous étions limités en bagages.
