Great place, great owner, Vacasa is the worst
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay! Very capacious, and kitchen was well equipped. Owner was very quick to respond about a quick question.
Vacasa is the worst. Tried online chat 4 different times. No one responded. Tried text. Took them 7 hours to reply, and they replied at midnight. Super frustrating, and I eventually had to troubleshoot the issue myself.
I unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again unless a new management company came in.

Nice get away
Publié le 12 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayNice property! Everything you could ask for. The pool was nice & right across the street. The grills were very nice & close by too. Farm markets, grocery stores & the Atlantic Ocean all nearby. This worked out very nice for our family.

Not clean at all. Had to call to have it cleaned again. Only fair job was done on 2nd visit.

Great condo in great location
Publié le 19 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayThis condo is so roomy! We loved having private spaces for everyone in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We loved the little screened in patio. Very beautiful condo; would 100% recommend this rental!

Dirty, rundown… pictures don’t tell the whole story!
Publié le 29 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayProperty has great potential but was extremely run down and dirty. Floors were sticky and gritty. When we arrived the shower in one of the bathrooms was broken and had to be fixed the next day. Our third guest was unable to shower until late the next day. The internet was constantly going out. Screen door fell off the hinges. Hot water heater needed to be replaced during our stay and we were without hot water for several hours. Mind you, this was right when we were going to take showers and go out for dinner. The location of the property was great, right across from the pool. If you’re prepared to deal with all of these issues then go for it, but it really ruined our stay!

Mixed feelings . . .
Publié le 18 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThis resort met the needs of our family for the week, there were mom & dad, 3 young adult kids & 2 teens. The kitchen & bedrooms worked out well for us, the kitchen was well equipped exactly as written. We liked the balcony area.
Covid put a wrench into our plans, as the resort put strict reservation requirements on the pools & fitness centers. We had to plan 24 hours in advance when we wanted to use those amenities & that’s not how we vacation, we like a vacation from rigidity. As a result we didn’t use the pool or fitness centers every day as we thought we would. The resort takes the COVID risks very seriously.
The unit was short on living room space for our crew so we ended up sitting in our beds for down time (or was I just desperate for alone time? Ha!)
The worst thing was uncleanliness. Our feet/socks were dirty all week from the dirty floors, the rug in our bathroom was dirty from day 1, and last week’s dirty linens sat outside our door In trash bags the entire week until we realized no one would be picking them up, so we stashed them in the hall closet.
In spite of this the kids all had a great week & we enjoyed the delicious food choices in the area.
Like I said, mixed feelings!

Overall the place was nice...a few things need to be addressed
Publié le 15 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe floor could of been cleaned a lot better..socks and feet were dirty when walking on them...some of the beds did not have sheets and there was not enough towels for the amount of family members I had staying...after calling they did make sure we received whats was needed..just had to sleep the first night without it because we didn’t know until we went to bed....also make sure all remotes have working batteries😉

Beautiful community, great location
