Otel yeni, bizim odamız ise (white house) ferah ve temizdi. İşletme sahipleri çok hoşsohbet ve yardımseverler. Akşam yemeklerimizi de orada yedik; hem lezzetli, hem köyü yukarıdan seyredebiliyorsunuz hem de köyün içine nazaran daha serin. Arabayı otoparkta bırakıp yürümek gerekli (Çınaraltı’ndan). Google Navigasyonda otelin yeri yanlış gösteriliyor, mutlaka telefonlaşıp tarif alın. Fiyat/Performans çok iyi. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık.

Great staff, horrible owners, total disregard

mosaic hotel is situated up a steep hill and road down is not safe to walk. I did mention this fact to mosaic hotel owner, Ufuk at the time of check-in and was assured by owner's husband, Bulent at the time of settlement of bills that transportation to bus stop be organised and available at time of check out. I was disappointed and felt helpless in a foreign country stuck in the hotel for nearly three hours with 3x30kg bags with no answer from both the hotel owners. It was total disregard towards the paying guests stranded in a hotel without options. We had to use farming tractor to move our bags from the top of the hill to bus stop which was unsafe, dangerous.

Merhaba Raj, Geleceğiniz gün sizin valizlerinizi alabilecek araç bulmak için Çok uğraştım, kimse bu kadar bagajı kabul etmedi, el valizleriniz hariç, bu yüzden eşim sizi köyden aldı, dönüşte aynı sorun oldu,bu yüzden köydeki tek ulaşım aracı olan traktör sizi dolmuş durağına kadar indirdi, bunda yanlış bir şey görmüyorum,50 kg luk personelim sizin valizlerinizi taşıdıktan sonra hastalandı, girişte herşeyden memnundunuz ( Expedia da yazınız var) , sizin telefonunuza cevap verdim ve hastanede olduğumu söyledim. Ayrıca Expedia Avusturya beni arayıp , sizin ödeme yapmadığınız transfer parası istediğinizi söyledi, ben kabul etmeyince bu yazıyı yazdınız, dünyanın hiç bir yerinde dışarıdan içki alıp otelde içilmez; ben tolerans gösterdim ve otelin bahçesinde ve odasında şaraplarınızı içtiniz. Şirince yolları taşlı ve engebeli tarihi bir köydür, buraya tatile gelen insanlar spor ayakkabıları ve hafif sırt çantaları ile gezerler, sizin gibi 90 kg ve ağır el bagajları ile gezen misafir pek gelmez. Umarım bundan sonraki gezi seçimlerini iyi yaparsınız . Sevgiler

Otel ve hizmet harika! Araç ile ulaşmak sorunlu.

Otelden ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Sadece motorla ulaşım sıkıntılı oldu. Ama park yeri konusunda çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular.

Nice house with a wonderful view. Good turkish breakfast and staff very friendly, kind and always available. It is a bit hard to find, even if the owner sent us a message with instruction before arriving there. I suggest this accommodation!
