Publié le 7 mars 2016 sur ExpediaHotel situé sur le bord de la 95. Bruyant le matin, les camions reprennent la route. Oreillers très plats...aucun support, matelas convenable. Salle de bain minuscule. Déjeuner minimaliste.

This is an econolodge. Place is old, dirty, run down. NO where near the value for what you pay for a room

The property is full of sketchy people. Very dangerous for family stay

We are very sorry you feel this way. The Extended Stay houses people who are in the area working. Also people who are staying for a long period due to issues with their homes. I do apologize that your did not feel safe.

Do not stay just keep driving
Publié le 28 juin 2021 sur HotelsWorst place I have ever stayed in. We needed a place to rest and this was the only place available. It was dirty and filled with flies, absolutely disgusting. It also cost more than all other places for the night. It was a terrible experience.

We didn’t stay at the suburban only next door in their other hotel econo lodge. The clerk informed us that if we weren’t going to use the kitchenette at the suburban we could get a first floor room at the Econolodge next-door which is what we preferred after a 14 Hour Drive. The room was very outdated the carpets had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was very old no water pressure the corners of the room were very dingy. The bed was very soft where we both had back aches but they weren’t really beds they looked like opened up cots. Needless to say we were just very tired woke up early the next morning to leave right away we don’t think we will be staying here again. It was also a last min find due to finding it difficult in getting a pet friendly hotel we had one very small dog.

Publié le 30 janv. 2016 sur HotelsThe lobby was in ill repair, wallpaper was taped up, front desk clerk was not clean. She remarked in front of us that dhe didn't know if there were any clean rooms and that there might not be housekeeping staff even working.My husband did not even check in. He told her that we weren't staying there. I called hotels. Com and reported it. They assured me that we wouldn't be charged and that I would get a confirmation email as such. I have not been credited yet, nor have I gotten an email.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered at check in. We are a newly renovated hotel. Upon check in we try and confirm with our customers the room type they reserved because what comes through our reservation center is not always correct. Front desk clerk always confirms what is in our system and then if it is not correct , We do our best to give you the room you request. Lexp is 3rd party booking that we can not cancel at the hotel. You have to contact them directly. Again I do apologize any problems you may have encountered.
