The house is at 1400 metres in the Mühlwaldertal, at the gateway to the Lappacher waterfalls. Enjoy the picturesque mountain backdrop and the soothing tranquillity.The apartment is in the newly renovated annex, just 20 metres from the main building. The new ground-floor apartment has a big living room (20m²) with an east-facing balcony, a big dining table and a sofa. For occupancy with six people there are two single beds instead of the sofa. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, a toaster, kettle, mixer and radio. The apartment has a double bedroom with a balcony and its own bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin, as well as another big double bedroom. There is also another spacious bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.The garden has a big playground with a swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline and seesaw. There are plenty of deckchairs for relaxing. The rabbits Flicki & Flocki, the cat Mimi and the dog Lena look forward to meeting you.The rental price includes hand towels, bed linen, wireless Internet access and the final cleaning. A cot, highchair, baby monitor and a playroom are available for children.From the 1. November to the 30. April you can taste our farmer breakfast with own products (extra charge).It is 200 metres to a big forest playground and 500 metres to the mountain village of Lappach with a bar, restaurant and grocery shop. You can set off right from the house on extensive walks on the 3000-metre Zillertal peaks or the nearby mountain meadows.
