Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsExpensive for what it is. Check-in is late (not before 16h30) but by insisting we managed to get our room earlier and check-out is early (before 10am). Not very practical neither to have to do the check-in in a different hotel (Antares). The room was as described and was clean.

I'm sorry that check-in and check-out times were not to your liking. We need a few hours to clean all the 24 self-catered units. It takes us a bit longer than standard hotel rooms. 4:30 pm is the time we guarantee all accommodations to be ready, but there can be some prepared before, if you are lucky it can be yours!

Clean and spacious, wifi is good. Free parking, although it’s a very tight parking space.
About 5 minutes walk to the lift.

Appartamento spartano ma pulito
Il divano letto è molto corto e per persone alte più di 1.80 non è consigliabile
Appartamento collocato sotto il livello della strada dunque bisogna tenere le tende chiuse per avere un minimo di privacy
Il garage ha posti auto minuscoli e bisogna fare peripezie per parcheggiare se pieno

The accommodation was warm, comfortable and clean; the beds were comfortable and the shower room was good. The balcony would have been lovely if the weather had been better while we were there and the views from the balcony are good. The property is quite conveniently located reasonably near to the centre of Selva and certainly within easy walking distance of a very good supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The staff at check-in (which happens at a hotel some way from the property) were very friendly and helpful.
However, self catering accommodation this is NOT. There are 2 electric rings and a kettle and that's it. No microwave, no oven, not even a toaster, so actually preparing any sort of meal is pretty well impossible. The other issue for us was that the parking space allocated for our apartment was well nigh impossible to actually get into - really only suitable for a small vehicle. We were able to park outside the property but then, of course, the vehicle was totally frozen up in the morning.
