We always aim to provide a transparent and enjoyable experience for all our guests.Concerning the seaweed and sea grass situation in the lake, it's worth mentioning that we typically enjoy clear and accessible water. Unfortunately, an unexpected rainstorm just before your arrival exacerbated the natural conditions of the lake, something that can happen in natural bodies of water and is beyond our immediate control. We have, however, equipped our duck with ĺ hoursepower blower system, which efficiently maintans 100 feet along our shoreline. Regarding the fridge, we pride ourselves on our quick response time. When alerted to the issue, we acted immediately to provide a solution, offering access to an alternative fridge in our home to ensure your comfort during your stay. We understand the inconvenience of having to adjust and appreciated your patience as we worked to resolve the issue promptly. We also understand that the mood upon arrival was not ideal, and sometimes, external factors can influence our experiences in significant ways. We hope for an opportunity to host you again under better circumstances, where the natural beauty of our location and our dedication to guest satisfaction can genuinely shine through.
