Eh, the hotel is just “okay”

Slipped twice when getting into the bathtub. The tub is too high and not safe .

I didnot realize this hotel condition is very old and dirty now. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel before covid. Time changed. Not anymore. I would rather stay at Tentrem Hotel if I know there is Tentrem nearby. So sorry. Lobby staff are very friendly. Some staff in breakfast area seemed not happy to be there. Room ran down. Bathroom is very dirty and old. Good thing is in the mall. Not very secure because public can in and out from shopping entrance door and very shock when elevator not secured from that side. I dont know it’s only that night or always been like that without none pay attention. Unfortunately will not come back even for free. So sorry.

An okay hotel but outdated. bathroom wasnt clean. sticky walls, mold, old shower curtain. Staff was very kind and friendly. Perfectly situated in the mall

hospitality up front was good. I'm a bit disappointed cause I've asked twice for extra pillows and they still never came to my room to give them to me. In the past, before Covid, during breakfast, someone would always ask me if I'd like coffee or tea, unfortunately this time, no one did. The towels they have in our room looked like it was from 20 yrs ago. but overall, for the money i paid to stay there, it was 'Ok"
