The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful! Breakfast buffet and restaurant food very good. Pool and deck nice. The room was somewhat run down. Mosque sounds loud at 4am. I tried to book a meeting room and catered lunch for 25 people for two full days, corresponding weeks in advance, and was told yes, but never given a chance to pay. Then my meeting room booking was cancelled the day before with no explanation. Very frustrating. I also booked nonsmoking double rooms for 17 people and some of the rooms offered were queen beds in smoking room. My colleague could not breathe in the smoking room and asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full. The staff "cleaned"the room again but the shell if she was still sickening. She called the desk again at midnight threatening to leave and they finally moved her to a non smoking room. I would recommend Quest before the game for money is really good, but be prepared for challenges.

personeel ontbijt ( vooral Indonesisch) - geen goede ontvangst tv kanalen in mijn kamer ( eigenlijk niet zo belangrijk als je de hele dag weg bent)

Menjijikan dan memalukan untuk turis asing!!!

Handuk dan sprei sarung bantal tidak layak pakai, warna sudah kusam menjijikan. kebersihan tempat tidur sprei sarung tidak di ganti terdapat rambut2 dan cacat2 kotoran.
