This charming 50 m² apartment in Semécourt can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 25 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor :
- A 20 m² living room with TV and 2 convertible sofa beds
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Exterior (south-facing) :
- A shared 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 25 m² shared, unfenced garden

The apartment is ideally located in Semécourt, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from near the apartment all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the apartment (private parking, 2 spaces available). Free street parking is also available.
