Hello Frank, I am very sorry that your stay with us did not go as you planned. I do see where you made a comment about a lot of stuff was broken but that does not explain to me what stuff you were referring too. We do apologize to you for any inconvenience this did cause you, we are addressing issues for some things that we know are down but unfortunately it is out of our hands and is up to ownership to handle and approve. It was clean but had some stains on the carpet. Had to change rooms because the first one had a faulty door lock. The second one had a loose lock plate with ascrew missing, but it did lock. Comfortable and clean with lots of parking, even with a towed box trailer. Would stay again.

I like everything, but there was a moment when I couldn’t find some bottle of water to drink, so there were not bottles of water in the hotel for selling

Semlls very strongly of oils, beds were very old, Air-conditioned doesn't work.

Dear Sara, I am sorry that your experience with us was not as you expected. Thank you for your review we value your comments and concerns. Did you ask front desk about the A/C in your room? I had maintenance check the a/c and they found the unit to be on heat when he turned on the cooling it was working. I am assuming that maybe you were trying to work the unit that is under the window in the room, there is a A/C control on the wall opposite of the window unit that controls the cooling and heating of the room Please know that at any time you can call front desk, and we help you on operating the a/c. If I am correct my front desk attendants did let me know that some of the guest complained about a gas or oil smell that night and a call was made to the city, and they came to the hotel and ran a test to make sure it wasn't anything within the hotel to harm our guest. The smell was coming from outside where unfortunately we have no control of that. I will address the issue with housekeeping about the bed and have them check it. Once again I do apologize for the issues you had with your stay, and we do hope that you will choose to stay again with us in the future and give us the opportunity to make your next stay a better one. Matt, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of your stay with us, it was a horrible experience for all of us. It was very unexpected that our main valve water line busted we were doing our very best to get it fixed. Please know that we were offering to help our guest to relocate or for the 2 nights we gave half off discounts. We will get with the third party and issue a refund for you; we do want to make it right to all of our guests who had to go without water until we got it resolved.
