I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay, I was not able to see your rating scores so that we could tell what areas that you had issues with. I will address your review with my staff and make sure that we are checking in on our guest and that they are satisfied with their stay and if there is anything we can do to better their stay or accommodate them with.
