Service incroyable, bon emplacement. Par contre la chambre est plutôt mal entretenue avec le temps (peinture défléchir, sofa taché, salle de bain usée).

Nice people but entire place is falling apart

Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and butts and other garbage were littered around the pool grass. Looks like they tried to fix things up with a fresh cost of paint, but instead did the cheapest bang up job ever...including spilling paint stains everywhere in the entire apartment. Dried paint splatter on the glass, on the floors, on the drapes, on the bed spread, paint spilled across the entire walkway from the reception to the room. Towels smelled like cigarettes. Water kettle looked more dirty then the toilet. Make shift Kitchen has a stove but no gas cylinder to turn it on. No pots or silverware or anything other then an ashtray in the kitchen. This place looks decent in photos but it’s a disappointment in person. The price point is way off for the reality. If they lowered the price to reflect what it really is, people would be less shocked and perhaps would expect to get less.

The property was a mess. Looked like it had not been cleaned since it’s opening date. Nothing like the pictures

We got there 10pm and they didn’t even know we had reservation so we had to wait for cleaning at 10pm when room should have been ready by 3pm We walked in room and walked right out and left to another hotel ( didn’t get money back)

The property looked nothing like it did in the pictures. The bathroom was rusty and old!!!!! The kitchen amenities were terrible...why have a fridge, kitchen, sick, minimal utensils but not bowls or plates? The pool area was nice but much smaller looking in person. The beds were quite stinge with how they’re made up and the aircon does not work properly with the fan making a continuous noise when on. Friendliness was fine with the workers but their food standard was also extremely disappointing.

Astana Review

The Villa was a perfect size, had a small living room/kitchen, bedroom and then bathroom. The doors of each room opened up onto the pool. Only bad thing I have to say was the obvious wear and tear within the place. The mirrors were very old, the paint was coming off, some wood structures were broken etc. I spoke to another couple in the villa and they had the same problem. It didn’t affect my stay at all, it was just something that needs to be fixed. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food was okay, nothing special.

2 nights stay

The location of this villa was great. Very near to the beach, beach clubs, food places. The service of the staff was very good too. There's aircon and ceiling fan in the room. And there's a great selection for breakfast. However condition of the villa was very poor (at least it was for my villa that i stayed in). Certain doors were hard to lock. The sliding door to the toilet was always sliding off by itself. The floors seemed dirty and i didn't dare to walk barefoot in it. The wooden floors were chipping off although not super visible. Toilet glass doors would bang loudly if we do not close it properly. There were some stains on the blankets as well.
