Very homely

Pour : The quirky character, open shower and homely feel
Contre : Staff training in English which would solve a lot of things! Daisy was great but she was no where to be seen in the last few days!
Emplacement : Location was not the best as mentioned above Taxi needed to travel anywhere
Staff great. Very clean and needs attended to promptly whenever a request was made Locality not the best, need a taxi to go almost anywhere. Loved the breakfast but was told I would have to pay separately for my child although Expedia had already charged supplement for extra person, so we shared 4 breakfasts among five rather than pay again. Some trouble with communication with staff and felt no adequate staff during new year period. Eg swimming pool stopped functioning on new years day and no one to fix it. Asked us to pay for broken glass tumblers at check out, which was a bit off putting, had to pay from money set aside for the staff tips as not much Rupiah left just before check out!

Room was only OK after complaint

We recently checked made a booking for the one-room villa but was given the two-bedroom with the upstairs locked up. The condition of the two-bedroom was horrible! The floors of the room and toilet were dusty. We only lay on the bed when we came back late at night and the bedsheets were so smelly we couldn’t sleep well all night! The drainage of the bathtub was broken and the shower head was missing - shower experience was terrible. Outdoor walls were dirty and bathroom ceiling was mouldy. As it was an outdoor shower, insects were everywhere and we had to light a mosquito coil constantly to avoid getting bitten by mosquitoes. The table by the pool where breakfast was served always had ants crawling on it. Unpleasant experience. The next day, we made a complaint and wanted a refund of what we paid to move to another hotel. Staff informed us that it is non-refundable. We decided to continue staying with the hotel as without a refund, moving to another place was out of our Budget. The hotel had to call “specialists” to remove the wet damp mouldy smell (kind of like unaired wet laundry that wasn’t soaped properly). Only then we had a clean bed to sleep in the next night. They also repaired the shower head. Saving grace was that the hotel staff was polite and friendly and helped improve our room conditions. Generally the property is not well maintained and looks dark and creepy at night. Also in a local taxi controlled area so you are not able to get grab.

Beautiful villa

The 2 bedroom villa is beautiful. The downstairs bedroom has an outside, open air bathroom with a rainfall shower and bathtub. The rooms are spacious with two common areas. The pool is very nice. The villa comes with plates and cups for use. The staff provides daily breakfast and gives you some choices regarding what you'd like to eat. The breakfast was decent. Nothing to rave about. The area has a bug problem but the hotel staff do a great job utilizing repellent coils and other methods. You can see mosquitoes flying around sometimes but I was only bit once. Bring your own repellent if you think this will bother you. Overall this was a great stay. The staff was very accomadting. I'd stay here again.

الأقامة مقبولة للاسف مستوى النظافة متدني و انتشار الحشرات و الوزغ(البرص)في جميع انحاء الفيلا اجبرنا علا ابقاء المنافذ مغلقة طوال الوقت غير ان الحمام مفتوح علا الحديقة بالتالي اصبح الحمام مليء بالحشرات و السحالي المسبح متصخ جدا ومليء بأوراق الشجر

Pour : Location, privacy and spacious living.
Contre : Breakfast options. Also massage services can be enhanced. Not a good experience.
Emplacement : Close to the airport, convenient stores, ATM, money changers. Beach proximity and Nusa Dua/Uluwattu day trips.
Comfortable stay, privacy ensured and conveniently located. Could have been better if vegetarian and kids friendly options were available for breakfast. Nice and pleasing staff.

Best private villas in Bali

Amazing place. We had our own private villa with a private pool. Breakfast was served poolside at pour villa every morning. The hotel staff, were very friendly and helpful. Rose and Ruth were especially frienddly and helpful and so very friendly and they always seemed so happy and willIng to do whatever they could to make outer stay on e too remember.

조용하고 아침 식사도 괜찮았어요. 매니저가 아주 친절하고 바로 맞은편 스파도 가격대비 너무 좋아요 화장실이 야외비슷하게 되어있는데 처음엔 어색했지만 적응되니 괜찮았어요 전반적으로 높은 점수입니다
