Séjour un peu décevant

Pas d’eau chaude, serviette de bain en mauvaise état et assez vieilles.
Petit déjeuner il fait payer un supplément pour avoir un capuccino même si vous avez pris la formule pdj compris.
À notre arrivée le personnel n’étais pas très agréable ce qui est étonnant pour des balinais.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est splendide, et calme, le personnel est charmant, à l'écoute et plus que serviable. Ce fut un séjour très agréable . La nourriture y est excellente, le petit déjeuner copieux.
La chambre était très correcte. Si je reviens à Bali, je serais de nouveau client.
