One of the worst hotels of my life I don’t know how to start with all that went wrong with this place. I just want to write this review in order to prevent/warn future guests from the situation I experienced. Internet wasn’t working, I had to ask 3 times in just two days in the reception and it still didn’t get fixed properly Old rooms: dirty tiles, stains in the walls, broken mirrors, broken shower, broken furniture… Dirty old towels even with a red lipstick stain that obviously they didn’t clean properly The bacon I got in my breakfast tasted like expired meat, I had to throw it away Noisy rooms, the windows are such a poor quality, that it felt like the motorcycles in the street were in my own room. Mosquitoes at the entrance, just while doing my check-in I got stung several times, they don’t have any device or substance to get them away. I informed the hotel from the very beginning about the internet problems and the day after about all the other stuff because I got fed up, and they didn’t refund me any money, just offered to pay my taxi to the airport, which is worth 4€ I felt so powerless, they told me they would inform the manager the next morning, and when they informed him he said it was already too late to complain and I couldn’t get any refund. I highly discourage people to come to this place. They don’t deserve the ratings they have and obviously the Photos don’t show their current status of decadence. It feels like a scam or a joke that they still have 3 star

You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay.

I liked that it’s only a mid size property so it’s not overflowing with guests. Didn’t like that there were not and cushions for the sun lounges. Didn’t like that breakfast was delivered without covers on the food so it was cold every morning when it arrived.

Lovely staff, so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Bit further out of town but taxi only $1 and we also got a scooter.

Hotel was nice. Stayed on ground level with pool access. The room was pretty big. Staff were amazing and friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Location wasnt too bad. You can easily catch a taxi to the main strip or even walk. The only negative would be that it was a little dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. Also they dont provide and hand towels for the bathroom which we had to request and they brought to the room straight away. Overall a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room at your specified time, which is very convenient. Location is great too.
