Personnel adorable et serviable, tout est fait pour que ça se passe bien. Ils se sont occupés de réserver nos activités, de nous trouver des taxis... Bref si nous revenons à Bali, nous reviendrons là

Première Villa de notre trip Balinais- la piscine privée sans vis-à-vis et un salon extérieur parfait pour un cocktail commandé au Villa service! Établissement propre, personnel adorable, et très bon ptit dej Buffet.

Belle villa avec piscine privative, personnel disponible et souriant. géographiquement vous serez loin d'à peu près tout, un moyen de locomotion est donc à prévoir pour la découverte de l'ile. L’hôtel propose de multiple excursion à des prix raisonnables. le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant ou livré dans votre villa est simpa, il propose le matin un buffet à volonté: petit déjeuné local (nouille riz , américain 'omelette sur place très bonne ou européen (croissant, gâteau, muffin)

Couldn't wait to leave

The main issue was the bathroom which smelt so bad we didn't spend anymore time in there than was necessary because it was almost unbearable. We complained about it and the staff just put more perfumed chemical balls near the drains which just made it smell like a strong mixture of unpleasant chemicals and old drains. The breakfast and room service food were both terrible, it was extremely basic and bad quality. The pool did not look hygienic and was didn't have a proper cleaning system, only a chlorine tablet which is not good enough for a pool of that size. We used it briefly and did not enjoy it. There were loud neighbours and the mosquito netting around the bed was filthy. The hotel bar was always empty, there was sometimes noise from construction work being carried out in other rooms and the place had quite a sad feeling to it. We chose this as our stay for the last few days on a long trip and spent a bit more than we would normally to have a bit of luxury before heading home. We couldn't wait to leave almost straight away. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and the price cannot be justified at all. I hope this message will reach someone in charge there and they will be motivated to improve the hotel.

My partner and I stay for 4 out of 8 night due to mosquitoes in our room we had to check out early and ask for a refund. My partner had an allergic reaction after being bitten several times over, the place is beautiful but it is not functional the doors are not sealed so all bugs can come in, the shower open into the bathroom allowing even more bugs to come in. The mosquito net does not work we were awake at 2am killing the mosquitoes. The staff were amazing and very understanding. The restaurant food was great! We also had construction going on in the room across from us all day we heard grinding and banging.
