There are not enough words to describe the service we got at The One, beyond amazing! They went above and beyond. I will recommend this spot to anyone it is more than 10/10

ヴィラに宿泊しました。プライベートプールも広く子供が大変満足してました。市街地 ビーチから少し離れてますが歩いて行ける距離です。
自然の中のヴィラという感じですので虫が出たりします。

Dear Ms. Yuting Wang,We apologize for the inconvenience that occurred during your stay.We can confirm that there is no broken bathtub and the shower is clean.We acknowledge that there was damage to the pipeline that was beyond our control.This damage resulted in the entire water supply to the villa being disrupted.However, we are doing our best to anticipate this issue and already provide a clean water supply to meet basic needs during repairs.The issue was resolved on the same day.We hope that this clarification can help address the problems that occurred.Thank you.

The property itself is beautifully maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom villa & were thoroughly impressed. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy our entire stay. Each morning a chef came to us to cook us breakfast. Each night they came & offered turn down service. The only issue for us personally with the villa was the toilet. It has no door & is part of the outdoor bathroom. Just a little awkward. The location wasn't too far from downtown but kind of in a dark alley off the beaten path. Overall an amazing place we would definitely recommend.
