Lovely resort in Seminyak. Traffic makes the whole of Bali experience unpleasant. The secret is to stay in the resort and leave to go to the airport.

We had a lovely stay over NYE at the Seminyak Resort. The resort is old and could do with a refresh however the amenities were great and the staff were lovely. There isnt much to do at the hotel when its raining which we experienced as the Christmas and NYE period is predominantly in their rainy season. It would be great if there was a lounge/cafe with a pool table or chill music to relax rather than just going to our room when the rain is torrential. Overall we had a great stay at the Seminyak Resort, its a perfect spot to relax when the sun is out and is in a convenient location to all the best restaurants and bars in Seminyak.

Great ocean villas in Seminyak
Excellent beachfront ocean villa, so relaxing and nice quality Balinese style villa. Good breakfast included and great location. Staff were lovely but a little too attentive if anything but overall fantastic stay!

I was upgraded to the Garden Villa which was awesome. Very nice Balinese design, comfortable and quiet, The property location was excellent. KuDeTa was practically next door, and Potatoe Head was a 10 min walk away, The busy walking and shopping street was just around the corner The staff was excellent from our late check-in to our late checkout. I really couldn;t ask for anything more from them. Everyone seemed to know our names. A big Thank You to our Host Coordinator, Aussie. She scheduled all our events, and kept up with our changing needs. I will certainly be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Seminyak Hotel which was a beautiful haven in busy Seminyak, where a big highlight was the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and the daily sunsets from there. The staff were very welcoming and professional, where even when we experienced a slight hiccup with the room, where we didn't realise that the room type we had booked would be quite so near to the noisy main road, the staff were quick to look into alternate options and even arrange another room for our late check out for our evening flight. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at the daily breakfast, especially the lovely Widya who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special. A hotel's venue and amenities matter, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Seminyak. We can't wait to come back!

Nice Spot
Good location by the beach. Very friendly staff. Well decorated. Lighting in rooms is a little dim. Paid extra for a ‘beach room’ that, despite how it is marketed, was a second floor room with a balcony and no beach access - wouldn’t waste the money on that next time.
