Très propre , très très bien accueilli, mais à l’extérieur de la villa trop de bruit , musique à fond ,

Needs an upgrade
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe villa was secluded and the location was good. There is no access to the beach via the property which I would have preferred. The staff were helpful and nice however what this place needs is a good clean and upgrade as some things like the sun beds need had stains and the kitchen furniture was a little shabby etc. the rooms were fine and comfortable though. There is no gym.
Breakfast had to be ordered in advanced and was delivered from a local restaurant and to be honest we didn’t really bother as the quality wasn’t good and it wasn’t that hot, but great cafes within 2-3 minutes walk.

A great stay
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsYubi Villas are well located in a busy strip in Seminyak. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants, next door to beach club and spas. Our villa was spacious. A little dated but well maintained. The staff were wonderful. Whilst located next door to a nightclub we heard nothing at all in the way of noise or music.

I would not recommend this property and do not understand how it had high ratings. Our villa was dirty, stains on the furniture (couch and all 3 sun loungers), stains in and around the pool, dirty pool tiles, dirty splashes on the bathroom mirror, yellow stains in the shower and toilet. The check-in experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable, there is no check-in counter like other hotels and villas, just a small dining table in a back room and they took our passports into another room to scan them. We were asked to hand fill out paperwork with a lot of personal details which felt strange compared to many other places I’ve checked into. After being in the room for 5 minutes, we decided we did not want to stay there. We discussed leaving and made a booking to go somewhere else. Upon leaving, one of the men who checked us in was down the end of the path on the phone to the hotel manager who asked to speak with us. It felt as though our conversations were listened to in the villa. The manager on the phone was pressing us with questions and came across as aggressive. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable being honest and said we were moving closer to family. The manager kept pushing for answers. The whole experience here was uncomfortable. We did not get a refund despite Expedia trying twice. I don’t recommend staying here, especially for women who want to feel safe.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Kids loved the private pool.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Good location for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc.
The Villa was clean and comfortable, large rooms, but bathrooms could do with some updating.
Quiet and tucked away from the street.

Wij hebben een toptijd gehad in dit hotel.
Men is volop bezig met de bouw van een eigen restaurant.
Hoewel wij de 2e villa na de bouwplaats hadden hebben wij geen moment overlast ervaren.
Eenmaal voorbij de werkzaamheden kom je in een oase van rust.
Onze villa heeft een schitterende tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. De geluiden van de drukke en gezellige straat waaraan dit hotel ligt hoor je niet in en om de villa.
Heerlijk rustig dus in een toch levendige omgeving, ideaal!!
De eigenaar is een vakman, wist bij aankomst onze namen, nam de tijd en is werkelijk oprecht vriendelijk en altijd in een goed humeur.
Was dan alles goed...om deze recensie geloofwaardig te houden toch 1 verbeterpuntje, de waterdruk van het bad en de douche viel tegen.
Wij komen hier zeker terug.
Nogmaals hartelijk dank Yubi boutique villas voor de rust, de gezelligheid en het ontspannen verblijf.
