It was a quiet and peaceful property. The aircon of the first allocated villa was not good. The staff was courteous and gave us table fan. Next day they changed our villa due to some major maintenance required in the existing villa. The changed villa was good with aircon working well. The staff was constantly after prepayments and advance payments till they realized that I lived in a first world country. That changed their behaviour completely and they didnt talk money after and I was able to enjoy my birthday with my partner. SPA was good.

Swiming pool need to clean randomly...rest all ok...no comment...keep it up...god bless

Book if you espire to inconsistency
Publié le 6 janv. 2019 sur HotelsI found that none of the advert matched up to what you get. This hotel ruined my holiday because I could not move or be relocated to a different site. Bali is noted for its inside outside style of bath. Although advertised as having a bathtub this hotel DID NOT have any bath tubs in all 50 so called villas (their actually apartments in my opinion). The service was inconsistent, nothing worked properly. I just would not stay in this property again. No chance. Lovely staff but they couldn’t hack the complaints and keep up with a consistent good level of service period. Although you have to give them all a 4* for effort. Not the best way to spend my birthday. If I could I would have gone back to my 5* hotel in Ubud. This hotel does not warrant the so called 3* stated. Very miss leading!

A total disappointment!! Their website is extremely misleading in nearly every way. My partner and I had to have an extended stay in Bali for major dental treatment for me, so we thought staying at these "self contained" villas with private pool would be a good idea. Could not have got it so wrong if I tried. The fully equipped kitchen has nothing in it except 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, some random cutlery and plates. Oh sorry, it did have a kettle so you could have a premixed dairy whitener sugared instant coffee if you so desired. We did ask for some cooking utensils etc but after receiving a tiny saucepan and a spatula, we gave up asking. Where's the minibar??? The cafe/restaurant was targeted to impress clients from India. Breakfast is fantastic if curried baked beans, roti bread and chilli vegetables is your idea of a great way to start your day. Cooked eggs and bacon were available if you requested it. The coffee tasted like Bonox. The tea was always cold. OK, onto the rooms themselves. In one word, appalling! The stench coming from the bathrooms is something to behold. It is a cross between urinal blocks, mothballs and a slight hint of sewerage. The only thing that seemed to reduce this smell was to always leave the extraction fan on. The water pressure was hopeless, and everything needed renovation, mildewy and tired is how the bathroom appeared. I won't go on, I think you get the picture.

Friendly staff and clean premises.
Was not the most convenient location unfortunately. Holiday traffic made it difficult to access Seminyak/Legian easily.

Staff were friendly but useless. Terrible area. The same road as Jail.. busy traffic.
Air con doesn't work, pool wasn't turned on had to ask the staff everyday to turn it on and clean it out. The Resturant food wasn't that great and the. Real fast wOverall wasn't that great unfortunately....

Misleading hotel location listed as Seminyak

Emplacement : Nothing...... it's in the vicinity of a prison.
Bathroom is literally like a public toilet which smells and the floor gets all wet after a shower. The sink is choked and water does not discharge. Bath towels are so dirty that even the floor mat is whiter in color. Breakfast sucks!
