Nous avons tout adoré, depuis l’accueil particulièrement chaleureux et efficace jusqu’au cadre enchanteur, en passant par la décoration extrêmement élégante, sans oublier la cuisine qui était un régal! À recommander absolument, un havre de paix après une passionnante journée avec les éléphants!

Nice hotel in a beautiful environement

Pour : Nice and clean. New facilities. Staff very helpful and the driver of the hotel can drive you for free into town. Nice pool area.
Contre : More amenities int the room. Maybe the restaurant could be improved. The breakfast is good but the à la carte menu is a bit limited.
Emplacement : The hotel is well localized near all what the Mondulkiri region can offer. Here enjoy mountains trek, hike in the jungle to see the elephants.
Very nice lodge in beautiful surroundings. The facilities are new and it is well localized near all the highlight of the region. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and with enough space. The staff will help you organize excursions.

Just a really nice place to stay
Publié le 6 déc. 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel is in a beautiful area. The staff is so thoughtful and friendly. We had lovely conversation with the waitress in the restaurant both nights. When we left it was very early so the staff packed us a to go breakfast. Everything we asked for they did their best to accommodate.
The room was very clean and well kept up. Not to mention that the balcony left the perfect place to enjoy the view with a glass of wine.

Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Only too happy to help and add to your experience. The Manager Corrine makes a special effort to introduce herself to guests and make them feel valued. Spacious, comfortable and clean villas to stay in. Very relaxing and surreal place to stay. it is a wee bit out of town but only a US$3 tuk tuk ride, or Mayura have a courtesy vehicle to get you into and back from town. Loved it all.
