Our stay at the Gould Hotel was perfect in every way. The hotel has so much character. The beds were very comfortable . The bar and restaurant we excellent and convenient .

The Gould is a classic small hotel in downtown Seneca Falls, renovated with a modern esthetic. It’s well located. But, it earns the five stars because of the service. When we arrived, we learned that Expedia had canceled our reservation without informing us. Although the hotel was nearly full, they found us a room and worked to resolve the problem and honored the Expedia rate.

This is our second stay at the Gould. We love the location, very accommodating. We had dinners and each meal did not disappoint.

Lovely place with great ambiance. Centrally located so easy to find places to eat. Hotel restaurant was great! Comfortable beds and spacious room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gould. The only reasons I didn’t give it a 5 is gust the safes we’re not working, we had a lot of trouble with the internet and our mattress wasn’t as comfortable as we expected. It was a very nice hotel otherwise.

I got very sick during my stay and there was nobody around to help, couldn’t find anyone to provide cleaning products or anything, very depressing hotel and vibe. Room was very depressing color scheme.

Room was very comfortable and clean but somewhat small for our length of stay, which was 4 nights. The open shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable and water was all over the floor when we finished showering. The towels that were hung to dry were often still damp, because the bathroom was damp. We liked the convenience of the hotel as there were many restaurants and museums that were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and there was an onsite restaurant which was superb. A special shout out to our waitress who was super friendly and attentive.
