My kid loves it!
It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended availability (it’s only available after 7 pm). The pool is great for kids, with two slides and heated water. During our stay, I was very impressed with a person who worked at the pool desk on 9/9 around 8:30 pm. My daughter fell during the laser show, and she was willing to help, treating my daughter with kindness. She was also very thoughtful, providing a waterproof bandage. The only downsides of this hotel are that the pool opens at 11:00 am, making it hard to enjoy before checkout, and the limited hours for room service. Overall, it’s a great hotel for fun with kids and family.

시설이 좋은 hotel 입니다만 약간의 아쉬움이 있었습니다.
새로 오프한 hotel이라 시설들은 깨끗하고 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 그런데 check in시에 방에 여유가 있었음에도 1층을 배정하여 주셔서 저희가 다른 층을 요구하여 변경을 하였습니다. 방의 여유가 있는 상황에서 고객을 생각한다면 좋은 층으로 먼저 배정을 하여 주셔야 하는 것 아닌지 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

이국적이었던 더 시에나리조트
이국적인 풍경과 내부 시설들이 마음에 들었어요~ 수영장 및 기타 시설 이용하는데도 불편함이 없었고 객실 청결 상태도 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절도는 말할 것도 없네요. 여름이라 그런지, 객실 주변 불빛때문에 벌레들이 좀 있다는 점, 객실문 옆 화단 근처에 거미줄이 눈에 띄게 많다는점은 좀 아쉬웠네요. 옆에 있는 토스카나 호텔하고 여러가지 쉐어했던것 같은데, 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

아이들과 일박 머물렀어요 조경 객실청결상태 고급스러움 다 좋았고 무엇보다 풀장의 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨습니다 풀장 물은 따뜻했는데 아이들이 바다에서 놀다가 살이 햇볕에 그을린 채로 물에 들어가게 되어 좀 따가워 했어요 여름제외한 다른 계절에 가서 놀면 진짜 좋을것 같아요 (온수) 부모님 모시고 호캉스로 한번 더 가고 싶은 곳입니다~

제주도에서 유럽의 휴양지처럼 고급스러운 여유로움을 느낄 수 있는 곳. 가격이 좀 있지만 그만큼 북적북적하지 않아서 한적한 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 야외 온수풀이 유명하던데 야간 수영할 때는 야외와 이어진 실내 온수풀도 아주 멋졌습니다. 아이가 좋아해서 덩달아 행복했네요. 조식도 훌륭하고 풀사이드 레스토랑도 잘 되어 있어서 밖에 번잡하게 돌아다닐 것 없이 편안하게 호캉스하기에 좋습니다. 정원도 잘 되어 있어서 산책하고 수영하고 때 되면 식사하고.. 나니 휴가가 금방 가네요. 휴양지로서의 제주도를 느끼고 싶은 분들께 추천하며, 재방문 의사 있습니다.

🍼태교여행으로 혼자 가게된 제주도 여행이라서 가서 푹 쉬다 오자는 마음으로 선택하게됐어요 🚌위치가 리조트만 덩그러니 있어서 차없이 가기 걱정스러웠는데 큰길까지 공항버스가 다녀서 무리하지 않고 왔다갔다 할수 있었어요 그리고 오히려 리조트만 있으니까 자연 속에 있는 기분이 들어서 완전 힐링하고왔네요 특별한 이벤트들을 하지 않더라도 맛있는 조식 먹고 산책하고 푹 쉬다 저녁 먹으면서 온수풀에서 물놀이 하고 오니 시간이 금방 가버렸네요 방 상태도 너무 청결하고 갖춰진 어메니티부터 하나하나 신경쓴 곳이라는게 느껴져서 출산 후에 스스로를 위한 보상으로 다시오고 싶다는 생각이 들었네요

제주 호캉스로 추천합니다. 사계절내내 따뜻한 인피니티풀과 신신하고 정갈하고 맛있는 음식들과 친절한 서비스를 받으며 사랑하는 사람들과 힐링의 시간을 가질수 있어요. 사우나와 헬스장까지 완비되어 심심할 틈이 없어요. 키즈룸과 아이들을 위한 풀이 따로 되어있어서 더 즐거운 시간을 즐길수 있답니다.
