Good location and comfort
The hotel is located in a cool area with a vibrant night area and lots of restaurants. It's next to a metro and just a 10-15 minute walk from some attractions. The hotel is comfy and has great, staff that are fluent in many languages. The bed was super comfy and my room even had a small kitchenette. I didn't use it, but I think how convenient it would be for a couple or small family. I loved that there was a tub, perfect for a nice soak after a long day of walking around. There are also many power sockets, and plenty of space to spread out all your stuff. :)

Almost everything except temperature control is great. They don’t allow individual control of room temperature. We were at 16th floor during the end of November. The room was so hot during night and we had to open windows which didn’t help much. We didn’t get good sleep

No aircon throughout and the room can get quite stuffy on warm days despite late autumn when we are there. Staff explained need a significant number of guests request before they turn on the central aircon.

I've been using this hotel for all my business trips to Korea in 2024. Convenient location. I only have two concerns. The hotel need to set up a shuttle service (or doorman service) from and to the Airport limousine stop. Walking 10 mins with 3 bags and boxes are quite hard in many cases. Also, why there are only 3-4 cleaning services if i am staying almost 2 weeks - I wasn't even given discounts for my stay. I would definitely use this hotel again, however I may look into more convenient options if I find one.
