I rarely write these but I want to express my gratitude / appreciation to this hotel. This is not your 5 star hotel in terms of facilities and scale, we chose here for the good price and didn’t expect a lot, but they did a very good job particularly in these aspects: 1. Clean, room is very clean and it’s like Asian home style, they have many little things/gadgets for travellers 2. Staff, they have very good staffs, especially a man named Kim, man was a hero at our check out day, firstly, we were rushing out for PCR test and it was raining, he saw us got no umbrella and offered us his own umbrella (yes, his own umbrella not the hotel’s) and then he helped us to print the PCR result at a very tight time, translation, and even called the clinic and ensured the result come on time so I can catch my flight. All these stuff i wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel, so in the customer service category I can give them a 11/10 or sth simply they have staff like him. Overall, amazing experience here with the hotel for my 4 days trip in Seoul.
