Front desk had good customer service. Although they should have advised us the first night that we arrived when we inquired about restaurants in the area, that there were several restaurants that can be accessed from the entrance/exit at the back area of the hotel. They only told us about the ones in the Main Street of which there was only two options at that time of night (8:30pm).

Very comfortable bed and reasonably sized room with street view. The location is best with two subway stations and hustling restaurant streets of Gangnam within walking distance. We love the breakfast buffet very much and the free night ramen. The oxen experience is awesome. Definitely will come back.

施設面は大浴場、夜鳴きそばの提供もあり、日本人には最高のホテルだと思います。シンノヒョン駅からホテルに向かう際結構な登り坂なので、オンジュ駅から行けばよかったかなと思います。次も予約しましたので今後常宿にします！！

It is a nice and quiet hotel, away from the busy Gangnam. Alot of eateries around the area. Walkable to the subway station and there is a airport limousine stop nearby.
