When I wanted to check-in, the front desk person told me that they did not received my booking despite I showed him the Hotels.com booking record and receipt. It took me a hour for waiting.

Due to Luqman's sort of lack of experience, he doesn't realize he needs to check the booking through Expedia because the previous two old staff who were teaching him didn't mention it.

This property is located in a new housing area, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from shop lot and a shopping mall nearby, many restaurant available. The property is very clean and tidy, cosy and big space for big group, 4 rooms with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and each room with private bathroom. The dissatisfied was they did not provided hair dryer, the wifi signal unstable, the handphone signal weak and unreachable inside the house maybe because of this is a new housing area. Another thing was in the Expedia booking website, it stated "FREE SHUTTLE BUS", that was a terrible WRONG information given! This statement misleading us, there was NO FREE SHUTTLE BUS PROVIDED! NO FREE SHUTTLE BUS PROVIDED! NO FREE SHUTTLE BUS PROVIDED! If come here by using Grab, that would cost you RM45 by normal car, if by a van from airport will cost RM99.90

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you were unable to obtain a hairdryer previously. We have a hairdryer that you can collect at S Rose Hotel because the area has a bad signal, but our wifi has been improving. We do not have a free bus shuttle, however there is one nearby at S Rose Hotel.
