Good value for the money but it took 45 minutes to get a grab driver early in the morning. The ride itself is 20minutes to the terminal. They have an OK restaurant there for food, it wasn't bad. Facilities are very clean and tidy although the rooms are small and very basic (for the price, its what you would expect, so this is not a complaint). Figure RM 30 for your grab ride each way in your calculations.

Save yourself the headache
Posted Jun. 11, 2024 on HotelsShuttle bus is effectively useless. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Water temp isn’t hot enough and the pressure is too low. Breakfast is a waste of time and they sting you with some random MYR10 ‘tax’ they don’t give you a receipt for.
The room itself was ‘adequate’ but lots of little things could be fixed to make this a great choice

Small , not clean. Staff helpful. Bed not comfortable- cheap not so cheerful

This hotel is not at the airport. Inconvenient. The shuttle service is terible if you are on a layover you will spend more time waiting.
Hotel staff did not put my name on the shuttle list even though it was discussed.
Hotel staff had the leafblower out at 8am.
The breakfast is very basic.

Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! But the restaurant was great, the server just learning was confident enough to refer food choices which turned out great, the cooks, great!
