From June 2023 a dormitory for 15 additional people will be offered with a maximum capacity of 45 people.

Other chateaux of the Loire, as well as the Futuroscope, are less than an hour's drive away or a 2-hour getaway to Puy du Fou and very close to the Loire Valley.
Perfectly restored, the Domaine de la Retardière with its 280m2 Manor and its 490m2 Barn offers an exceptional environment for 30 people. They are equipped with all modern comforts, offering 15 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The area has fully equipped kitchens, several living rooms between 60m2 and 100m2, a spa with jacuzzi for 6 people and a sauna for 3 people in a relaxation room of 100m2 with 4.5m high ceilings. Two large terraces, one of which is 70m2, well furnished and welcoming, with barbecue and gas griddle. A large 11m x 5m swimming pool with a 220m2 pool house and terrace with 16 sun loungers, bordered by a large expanse of lawn with professional trampoline and pétanque court, guarantee an excellent holiday atmosphere. The cleaning is done and the exchange of all household linen, kitchen and bath towels is carried out upon arrival of the stay. These services are included in the rental price.
Heating is included in the rental price between November and March, outside this period, if heating is necessary it will be charged in addition at the price of 60euro per day.
A deposit check of 3000 euros will be requested upon arrival.
