Expérience particulière qu’une nuit dans un wagon. Chaque thématique à son charme et l’intégration tout comme le soin apporté au décor est agréable. Mais cela a aussi des désagréments puisqu’une partie du wagon entraîne un manque de place utile pour disposer d’un espace pour s’assoir alors qu’une kitchenette est disponible. Un souci est aussi qu’aucun rideau n’est disponible donc on est réveillé au lever du jour soit 5h30 en été. Cependant cela reste un bon souvenir par l’option originale proposée.

No one on duty to ask for fresh towels.

While we don't have a traditional front desk, as stated in our advertisement, we do have a dedicated customer service team available at all times to assist guests with their needs. We are always accessible via text or call and would have been more than happy to provide you with additional towels or washcloths if we had received any communication from you during your stay. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to address your concerns. This is my second time staying at the railway and I love it . It’s so cute and the perfect weekend get away. Cozy rooms with all the basic amenities that you need .

The Olympic Railway Inn is unique and charming! We stayed in the Grape Escape car. Very clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. A few of the amenities are getting a bit tired (window coverings), and don't expect a lot of bathroom privacy, but overall, we loved our stay and so glad we did. Great memories!

We enjoyed our 3 nights at this very unique venue. Well decorated and maintained. Good instructions and communication.

Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback for us. Staying in a caboose is a unique experience which is very different from a brick and mortar hotel room. I can understand that everyone won't appreciate staying in a space which is out of the ordinary. We have tried our best to make a small space like a caboose very luxurious and modern at the same time. We have multiple properties in Washington state and we would love to host you in one of our other properties sometime in the future. Safe Travels!

We understand the importance of having reliable internet during your stay and have equipped the property with top-of-the-line wifi equipment and our wifi signal is usually strong and the speed is fast. But since we are located in a remote small town and limited to one provider, there is a chance of unforseen occasional interruptions in service due to factors such as weather, provider, etc. Therefore we do not advertise our wifi as a failure proof internet source. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We hope to host you again sometime

Wanted to stay somewhere fun and different and this sure was. The room was very nice, especially considering it was a renovated train car with space limitations. Everything was clean and modern and had a lot of nice, special touches to make it a memorable stay.

The Good - Unique place to stay, Nostalgic in nature, Close and Easy Parking, Beautiful Interior in our unit The "Not so Good" - Overly complicated heating/AC units, the bed frame squeaky horribly, I didn't realize our unit ONLY had a bathtub and no shower.(My bad on that one.)

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We provide regular air conditioners, and instructions for use are included on the remote. Our customer service team is always ready to assist with any issues you might encounter. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the bed; we only use memory foam mattresses, but we will certainly inspect and replace it if needed. Each caboose offers different amenities, including some with both showers and bathtubs. We hope to welcome you back to one of our other cabooses soon!
