1. Asked for IC to photocopy. Other hotel never ask.
2. Feedback to reception that the room full of Mosquitoes but no positive response.

Good day Guest, 1. Regarding the IC photocopy, we need to collect for submission to Kastam regarding the Tourism Tax.2. Regarding the mosquitoes, our housekeeping staff has entered the room and sprayed. We apologize that our service did not match your expectations.
