bon hotel

trés bon séjour pour le reveillon du jour de l'an, le seul point négatif c'est les filles de la reception qui sont russes et donc une en particulier ne sourie jamais. Cette fille devrait sourire aux clients. Peux etre avoir du personnel qui parle russe sans qu'elles soit russes, car la politesse russes et trés spécial...

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

Over all: Outstanding Experience. * Calista hotel is by far the best 5 starts hotel I have visited in Antalya. * All the hotel facility and amenities are top notch, the services are great, the rooms are big, furnished and decorated very well. * There are tons of daily activities that fits everyone( children, adults, sports/athletics, etc.). I liked the gym and cross fit classes. * The food is amazing and high quality. There’s a wide variety of food made fresh everyday. * The entertainment show at amphitheater is very good, and there’s a different DJ every night at the charm beach club… I liked the daily live music (DJ) at charm club, they play amazing music. * All the hotel crew are polite, nice and very helpful. * A very big and Special (thank you) to the following people: * Guest service and guest relation teams. * Sport Academy: Gulay @ the gym. * Sport Academy: katya, the cross fit training. She’s very professional and prepare/design a different workout program everyday. * Main Restaurant: Chef Mustafa göncü chef, he’s a true gentleman, professional and has a very good attitude. He’s always offers check if I need anything and arrange all my special requests. * Main Restaurant: Chef Hilmi, very polite man that’s always willing to help. * And finally everyone @ Calista hotel that makes our stay is unforgettable!
