bon hotel
Publié le 3 janv. 2019 sur Hotelstrés bon séjour pour le reveillon du jour de l'an, le seul point négatif c'est les filles de la reception qui sont russes et donc une en particulier ne sourie jamais. Cette fille devrait sourire aux clients. Peux etre avoir du personnel qui parle russe sans qu'elles soit russes, car la politesse russes et trés spécial...

Beautiful hotel. The staff works very hard to keep everything spotless and provide you with food or drinks. The sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable and there are plenty of seats available. The fitness is well equipped. The spa is also very clean and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious. Overall definitely worth the 5 stars!

Very good resort for families. We are choosing this place since 2015 and the quality of property and services stays well above others.

Not worth it
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

Calista Luxury Resort is a public place hosting guests from various countries. We care about the quality and taste of all the dishes we provide. We try to do everything possible so that each guest finds something to their taste. In the main restaurant about 450 different types of dishes are servered for lunch and dinner every day on a 14 days program. Naturally, each person has his own choice, and if guests want something to be prepared according to their own taste our team is ready to help, as it was provided to you too. In addition to the main restaurant in the general area of hotel, there are Garden Snack restaurant, Turca 24/7 Snack (available 24 hours), Chocolate House, Schiller Cafe, Beach Snack, and Gozleme are serving in a certain hours.We would like to inform you that, as a result of the interview with the team members regarding the experience you had, necessary measures have been taken to prevent the same situation from reoccurring in the future.
