Trés bon séjour dans cet hotel. Un seul regret est de ne pas avoir séjourné dans l'hotel même car après les massages ou Hammam, il faisait frais de retourner dans notre chambre située à l'extérieur.

endroit enchanteur pour tout type de sejour!

Pour : le cadre :la verdure les petites villas la situation loin des barres hotelieres
Contre : un peu trop de russes en familles...
Emplacement : excellent!
excellent ressort tres beau site activites sportives nombreuses tres bon spectacles le soir buffets variespoissons frais tous les jours!bref une semainede vacances au top! sejour un peu trop court on le saura pour la prochaine fois!un

Emplacement : Bien placer
Superbe hotel , on etait en couple , hotel utot destines aux familles avec bebe et enfants , mais le service est exellent , la cuisine bonne , et beaucoup d'animation en soiree pour les adultes quand meme , je recommande vivement cet hotel a tout point de vue . Sabina

Превосходная кухня! Прекрасный ландшафт, очень ухоженная территория. Garden корпуса требуют ремонта номеров и более тщательной уборки, ковролин и матрацы требуют замены. Репертуар вечернего шоу следует расширить, так как многие приезжают не первый год - не интересно смотреть одно и то же. Но в целом - Очень Хорошо.

Amazing place to stay. Food was excellent and there were many options for bars and pools. Kids loved the water slides and while they didn’t go into kids club the facilities they had were great

Up and Down but overall a Bad Experience

Pour : It's facilities and the animation crew was great along with some of the Reception staff.
Contre : The selection of food could be improved along with the Hotel revising its concept of customer relationship management.
Emplacement : The town centre of Belek is not that far away but you would need a taxi / car to get there. Not much to do in the town apart from shopping.
The Hotel and its facilities are good however I encountered several very disappointing and serious issues as described below; in addition I found the food selection to be low compared to other Hotels I have visited in the region. The problems encountered during my stay are as follows: 1) Upon arrival the Junior suite was not as described in Expedia. Single separate beds were specified whereas upon arrival I was informed that no suite room of any kind had single separate beds. The Hotel blamed Expedia and vice versa. The result, I was made to wait 4 hours at reception after a long and arduous journey until a standard room was finally allocated; in effect I lost a full day as I entered the room @ 18:00 2) I was to be paid a refund for downgrading to a standard room but was awarded far less than the difference in the price of rooms displayed at the time of booking; I have raised this as a complaint with Expedia 3) The standard room allocated had a bad damp smell and my friend and I had to move to another room after 2 days 4) Last but not least and worse of all is that both of us suffered food poisoning on our last night. Hospital reports were sent as proof but these were dismissed by Gloria with a standard response received that was sent to another guest who suffered the same several years ago. Subsequent messages for updates etc. have been ignored by the Hotel. Considering you can't eat anywhere else I am dumbfounded to say the least My recommendation - STAY AWAY

Dear Expedia users, We would like to thank our guest for reviewing our Hotel. But would like to clarify the issues our guest have mentioned. First of all on our website and on Expedia all information regarding our rooms and amenities are clearly describe it is written that the Junior suite has 1 bedroom with French bed. Due to the inconvenience our guests had with this situation we have provided as quickly as possible a solution for them. They were not satisfied with the room and a room change was also arranged for them. Regarding the wrongly accusation of food poising our guests had emailed us about this complaint all information and investigation was done by our side. We have provided our guests the results of our analyses. We have contacted the doctor and received the information that the diagnosis was not food poising but all this was not sufficient for them and they have threatened to write reviews as they have done here. We have provided our guests information about our standard conducts and how often controls are performed by authorities and of course this information will be the same as previous years. This does not mean that we give our guest standard responses. We appreciate all forms of guest feedback and through constructive comments we are able to continually improve our services and facilities for our guests but we would like to point out that we do not accept the accusation of our guest. Turkish Felight.

Second time at this hotel, and going again in September (golf). Overall it is excellent with attentive staff good food with plenty of choice and premium drinks. Only downer is the 'champagne' which is a very flat white wine. Could really do with using Cava.. Lovely grounds with shade and trees. Plenty of space and a beautiful beach and pier with bar.
