Publié le 19 mai 2015 sur HotelsNous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'hotel est maginifique, il est idéal pour un séjour en couple ou pour des vacances en famille. Le cadre est trés beau et très reposant avec ses piscines exterieures,sa plage privée et son golf. Le personnel est trés gentil et attentif à vos besoins pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Le spa propose un large choix de soins et de massages de trés bonne qualité.Les restaurants à thèmes sont très bons et vous permettent de vous retrouvez au calme pour dîner au bord de la rivière qui borde l'hotel.

広大な敷地に豊富な設備で全てを使い切れなかった。
今までに見た中で最大のプールは最高だった。部屋から直接プールに入れて楽しめた。

Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc.
Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back on in a couple of hours), the game room was also in big need for some repairs and looked outright disgusting and prison-y around the kids music cars (not sure what they're called), the hairdryer was the hardest hairdryer to use amongst all (I mean all) hotels/resorts that I've been at and was stuck in a drawer (wth). Also be aware to not being taken advantage of the taxi service that the hotel calls (although not directly hotel's fault, I'd expect more supervision by the hotel), when called they sent us 2 taxis and when advised that we needed one were treated disrespectfully by the taxi drivers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Titanic. The staff members are so friendly and kind. Especially the girls from the tiny kids club. Nothing was too much for them. My daughter felt safe en secure with the them. Nice programs, delicious food (especially the a la carte restaurants) and good vibes.
The only thing what bothered me are the ridiciously high prices from the stores at the hotel. They ask insane high rates for the simple things. I really was shocked and don’t approve this even it is the touristic location the prices where sky above and not funny. For me it is unatrracted.
