Awesome location, modern style
Our family loved this area, many things for everyone to enjoy. Staying in a modern, beautiful home like this property was an added bonus. Private pool and high speed internet was enjoyed by all.

Great holiday!
The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. José kept us informed before and during our stay and we were met at the property on our arrival. The property was spacious, well equipped and modern. Pool was too cold for us but that can't be helped as it was only April. The local area was so interesting with the near by beaches and lago albufeira were beautiful and hardly anyone there. Great day trips to Arrabida and Lisbon and we loved both Sessimbra and Setubal. Great food, loved the bakery round the corner and some lovely seafood restaurants (Zagaia in Sessimbra was amazing) An absolutely fantastic holiday with our two kids. Just the break we needed. Thank you Jose for a great base for our holiday.

Excellent location near beaches and Lisbon
We found the property had the majority of things we required. It was near beaches and to Lisbon. There is plenty to see and do around the property and there are shops within a short drive or walk into the local village

Live the true local experience!
Amazing stay! Located amongst quainte villages with several outsanding beaches at a stone throw away. The place is gorgeous, so clean (the linen smelled like heaven), a very well stocked kitchen, a friendly and available host, what more can you ask!? Being light sleepers, we use our white noise phone app against animal noises at night, to be expected in country town and slept like babies. You have to try the local fish shop and the village baker, great products with the Portuguese go out of their way service. Thanks José for a wonderful vacation!

Verblijf in naseizoen
Fijn huis, goede bedden, prettige keuken, maar wel dicht op andere huizen en veel onrust van verkeer aan de straatkant waar 2 slaapkamers liggen. Prettig zwembad wat ‘s avonds gezellig wordt verlicht. Er stonden ook 2 fietsen bij het huis, maar die konden helaas niet gebruikt worden doordat de banden lek waren. Ook waren er goede ligstoelen, maar er was maar 1 kussen (op de foto’s staat iets anders). Eigenaar reageert goed op berichten en is zeer behulpzaam. Al met al een prettig verblijf in het naseizoen in een omgeving waar genoeg te zien is!

Perfektes Haus für Familien
Wir haben dieses Haus für 1 Woche gemietet. Wir waren 1 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 7 und 11 Jahre. Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt. Das Haus ist Moden aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Drei grosszügige Schlafzimmer. In der Küche fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist fantastisch und unsere Kinder wie auch die Erwachsenen haben es genossen. Die Strände erreicht man innerhalb 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Man braucht aber ein Auto. Internet bzw. WiFi ist vorhanden und die Geschwindigkeit ist akzeptabel. Dank Smart TV / Netflix haben unsere Kinder auch ihre gewohnte Serien in Deutsche Sprache anschauen können. Der Besitzer des Hauses war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht anwesend aber wir hatten Kontakt. Wir waren sehr traurig als die Ferien vorbei waren und das Haus verlassen mussten. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder … Obrigado

Férias fantásticas!
A casa é muito bonita, acolhedora e cómoda. Tem tudo o que é necessário para usufruir de umas férias fantásticas. A limpeza da casa é 5 estrelas. A piscina, bem como o espaço exterior são excelentes. Fica perto de várias praias, todas elas de excelente qualidade. O proprietário é muito atencioso, disponível e simpático, cuidando para que nada falte. .

Einfach schön!
José war schon im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Der Kontakt war immer unkompliziert und hilfreich. Auch die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Ana ist eine Perle und sorgt dafür, dass das Haus richtig sauber und ordentlich übergeben wird! Auch der Tausch der Bettwäsche nach einer Woche war super! Leider kam der Abreisetag und alles war vorbei... Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und insbesondere an Ana mit ihrer freundlichen Art!! Wir empfehlen es weiter!!

Villa agréable
Là maison est propre et agréable malgré une promiscuité et un vis à vis important. La maison paraît plus grande sur les photos. Les chiens de la maison d’en face aboient beaucoup ce qui peut être gênant si on veut dormir la fenêtre ouverte . La personne qui nous a accueillie était très sympathique et agréable. Propriétaire réactif en cas de problème .

Superbe villa
Superbe location, très agréable, tout est parfait. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très disponible . La location n'est pas très loin des plages et elle se trouve à 30kms pour prendre le ferry pour Lisbonne. A Sessimbra il y a des petits restaurants excellents "Le Casa Mateus" . En septembre les villas voisines sont vides donc très calme. Le seul point négatif s'est les chiens de la villa en face, mais en fermant la fenêtre plus de problème.

Nice, spacious and clean!
The host was very kind and servicemonded! The house is very well equipped and picture perfect. However, on the negative side it must be said that the beds were not alt all good in two of the three bedrooms and the outdoor furniture needs to be upgraded. The location is fine - many places to visit for sunbathing and recreation nearby. It is charming to live in the countryside, but dogs barking all night long (even next door) really ruined our sleep.

Tolles Haus, sauber, gute Ausstattung, alles perfekt!
Wir waren zu Ostern (Anfang April) in Caixas in diesem Reihenhaus. Jose empfing uns im Haus und kümmerte sich um alles, was notwendig war. Kurzerhand wurde die Zentralheizung eingeschaltet. Ansonsten alles da was man braucht. Grill musste erstmal grundgereinigt werden, dann aber hervoragend gelegen und nutzbar. Zum Strand sind es dann doch 3,5 km, zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, aber mit Auto / Rad kein Problem. Toller langer Sandstrand am Atlantik. Ringsum alles ruhig, kein Lärm oder Ähnliches. In der direkten Umgebung Cafe, Restaurant, Fleischer, Mini Mercado, Bäcker. Dort alles sehr freundlich und gute Ware. man kann auch zu den Supermärkten (Pingo Doce, Continental, Lidl usw.) nach Sesimbra fahren (10-15 Minuten). Aber die Auswahl an Fleisch und Backwaren war im Ort hervorragend und nicht von der Stange. Fisch haben wir im Ort nicht probiert. Ergo: Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn es einen nicht stört, in einem Reihenhaus zu wohnen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, es
