The residence and its services are OK. A bit outdated, but the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly spoiled by a failed check-in (3.5 hours of waiting before being able to enter the apartment - apparently a misunderstanding between the concierge and the owner), but especially because the apartment does not match the description in the advertisement. It is located on ground level, where the garage is also situated, and does not offer the promised terrace/view of the slopes but rather a decrepit balcony overlooking a small area below road level, which is not very appealing (abandoned construction waste, rusty fencing, etc.). No dishwasher, no washing machine, and no dryer (though a paid laundry service is available), no wifi in the apartment but only at the reception area (a 5-minute walk away), and very poor mobile network coverage. The kitchen utensils and equipment are not suitable for a family of 4 (e.g., a mini pan for 2 eggs/1 steak max, only one small spoon), a difficult shower drain (water overflows from the tray), a mini fridge with a broken freezer door, etc. But more than that, as mistakes or oversights can happen, what disappointed us most is the fact that the owner did not respond to any of our requests (neither ours nor those from the website), which has greatly disappointed us and gives us the feeling of having been fooled.
