To the right of this corridor, a kitchen equipped with induction plates and a traditional oven as well as an integrated microwave oven, all the equipment necessary for cooking as well as many storage. It also has a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
To the left of the entrance corridor, the master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a mirror and several storage. The room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

To the right of the corridor, the second Wc and the second bathroom/bathtub equipped with a sink and a washing machine.

At the end of the corridor, a large child's bedroom with two superimposed single beds, an office, several storage and access to the terrace.

The access to the apartment is through a main door with a key. An elevator is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the third floor on the right.

A member of the 'Charles Osborn' Property Private Concierge team will be responsible for welcoming you to the accommodation and handing over the keys.
