Top of the line finishes and amenities are sure to satisfy all guests. You will love your stay in this fantastic vacation condo. The Grand Cayman vacation rental features a one bedroom with a king Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress topped with Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a restful sleep and ensuite privileges to the one bathroom. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have insuite laundry if you need to freshen up the towels. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water. Ceiling fans and a quarterly maintained AC unit is sure to keep you comfortable. A pullout sofa in the living room can accommodate two additional guests with extra bedding. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with a larger screen and peripherals to allow you to connect with to get some work done more efficiently to leave more time for the beach. The kitchen has everything and more you could want in a kitchen away from home. From a Vitamix blender to Keurig coffee maker will help cover all the drink requests. Our unit has a dishwasher and fridge that makes ice. All units have an Alexa device to play music, and can be disabled with ease if she isn't your friend. In room safes and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Enjoy time on your personal screened in lanai when you relax or use the electric BBQ to make something to eat. If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beach front as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed.

Nice clean unit and property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was updated and clean. It was toward the very back of the property. The property was very well maintained and the pool was nice. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. My only complaint was the comfort of the bed. It seemed to be a bit worn out. I also tried sleeping on the pull out couch bed and it was terrible. Everything else was great. We have stayed at Cayman reef before and we returned so that speaks volumes.

Perfect Place

Our hosts were excellent with giving detailed information and checked in with us after we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. It was very nice inside,was on a beach, had a pool, and near to everywhere we went. We had a great time, thank you very much.

GC 7MB first time visit

Our stay was excellent! The property is close to restaurants, grocery/liquor stores, shopping, Camana Bay, Georgetown, etc. Many walkable.We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful! The condo is so nice, very neat, clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is so comfortable! The kitchen has anything you need to make all your meals if you want to. There is a washer/dryer too. The owners are super! Very helpful in providing tons of info about GC, which was so helpful. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay, and so friendly! They genuinely want you to have a wonderful time. We met others who have been coming here for years, and keep returning. It’s so beautiful here. We walked the beach every day. You can snorkel off the beach there too.This condo/property/location definitely checks all the boxes! People here are so friendly, and we felt very safe. We usually like to go to a new location for each of our beach vacations, but will definitely come back here in the future!

First time to Cayman

What a nice town with plenty of fine restaurants. The people are extremely friendly. Two things to remember. It’s an expensive trip if you eat out which we did. But the food choices are tremendous. Second thing is STAY TO THE LEFT!! Driving is a learning experience.

Exactly As Advertised

Stayed in May 2024. Property is exactly as described. Perfect for a couple with all the amenities you would expect and more! The grocery store is a short and safe walk away, the liquor store is across the street and some of the best restaurants on 7 mile are within walking distance. The only negative is the small beach which is clearly stated in the ad. Based on the tide and ocean conditions there may or may not be a beach. However there are beachfront loungers and umbrellas above the seawall that are very enjoyable. If you want to sit in the sand you can take the supplied umbrella and chairs 30 M (Yards) over from the resort and enjoy the public beach which was really nice and not effected by the tide.

Great Spot

Property was updated and in great shape. The grounds were very nice. The walk to the pool is about 30 seconds and a minute to the beach. Shopping and dining also all within walking distance. Very happy with location and property.

The sunsets were amazing, the beach was very clean and nice for a swim. The seating was on the grass above the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The host, whose communication was excellent, kept us informed of the beach situation, which we appreciated. Great restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery stores, and we didn't need a rental car. We would stay here again!

Relaxing and beautiful!

We love visiting the Cayman's! This property was perfect for our stay. Clean, very convenient to excellent dining and shopping. The beautiful Foster's grocery store is very nice if you choose to cook in or grab nicely prepared fresh food from the deli. My husband liked the assigned parking spots for each condo. Both the pool area and the beach area are very clean and well kept, so relaxing! Highly recommend! We look forward to booking a future stay here again.

Great accommodations, great owner, friendly staff close to best 7-Mile has to offer

My wife and I recently returned from a week stay at Cayman Reef Resort #1. It was a perfect base camp for us to explore the Island. We like to rent a car and explore as much of a Caribbean Island during our stays as possible so we were looking for a good rental value with a nice place to lay our head at night. Let me start by saying the best thing about renting CRRVR #1 was Marc. He was very organized providing great information and communication before and during our stay. CRRVR#1 was just the good value place we were looking for, recently renovated as advertised with a reasonable cost. The beach apparently took a hit in the last storm so it is very narrow compared to the beach further north where the big resorts like the Westin are but those are much more expensive and even in off season packed with people. CRR was quiet and we had our morning coffee sitting in the shared Adirondack chairs looking out at the ocean and took in some beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on several nights. Since the entire stretch of 7 Mile Beach is open to the public with many “Public Beach Access” paths between the big resorts we were able to take our portable chairs to many different parts of 7 Mile, buy a frozen drink or have a nice sit-down lunch at the big resort’s pool bars without the premium price tag to stay there. We found some very, light weight, comfortable, collapsible chairs online to bring with us and I highly recommend doing so if you want to comfortably explore different par
