We truly enjoyed everything about the Caymans and Canal Point. Food, everyone is so nice and it’s the quietest place ever!!

The property was beautiful! We were able to checkin early and at checkin, the lady was very helpful and informative. The property is conveniently located near all the restaurants, airport and beach! We will be back!

We really enjoyed one canal point. So quiet and serene, but everything was kept in immaculate condition. The unit itself was beautiful and very well appointed. Finally, the communication and assistance were proactive and extremely helpful. I have no suggestions to improve, absolutely phenomenal!

Such a beautiful place! Super clean, spacious property manager was amazing. Was able to take a short walk to the beach.

Bed bugs and blood stains

When we were about to go to sleep, we realized the pillow was very dirty and bugs were in the bed (bed bugs). As there is no front desk, we had to track down the property manager and she reluctantly came to the property to give us a new room, after we showed her the dirty sheets, bugs and videos we took of the bugs in the bed.
The new room had blood stains on the sheets and so the property manager gave us new sheets to look through until we could find some that looked clean enough (various trips to and from the office to finally find clean sheets). It was a several hour ordeal and not a great first night. No compensation was offered to make up for this ordeal.
New room was dirty (dirty floors, resulting in black feet) and could have used a deep clean.
Pool was fine. But beach and shops was definitely not walkable, resulting in us having to rent a car for the next few days.

We are a little surprised though, as significant efforts were made to address your concerns.The most noteworthy was a substantial complimentary upgrade, as we wanted you to have peace of mind for your stay.When we followed up later in your stay, we also received positive feedback, so we were under the impression that all was well.We care deeply about our guest experience and would have welcomed the opportunity to address any other concerns while you were onsite.There are a few other points that we also wish to clarify, as there are some inaccuracies in your review.To start, we must unequivocally state that there were no bed bugs in the condo you booked. ONE Canal Point’s units are maintained to a very high standard, and the condo was professionally inspected after you raised your concerns.We do have a front desk, and as with many condo properties on Grand Cayman, office hours are kept. As you shared, our guest services manager attended after hours though, just like we would for any other urgent situation.We wish to highlight that towels and linens are commercially laundered and fully sanitized between every stay. We regret that there was some discolouration on one of the bedsheets, and that this was missed by a housekeeper. While the discolouration was quite faint, we were happy to exchange the linens once you brought this to our attention.In regard to location, this is accurately presented on Expedia, our website, as well as all major mapping applications, as we do want guests to make well informed decisions.Some of Seven Mile Beach’s best public accesses are a 10 minute walk from ONE Canal Point, and numerous restaurants are within a 5 minute walk from the property. While a rental car is not necessary to enjoy a stay with us, it can be a great way to explore Grand Cayman’s many attractions.Despite the initial challenges encountered, we hope you enjoyed your stay overall and wish you all the best in your future travels.

I recently stayed at One Point Canal in the Grand Cayman Islands, and it was amazing! The apartments were super clean and comfy. There are three pools, and they were usually empty and spotless, great for a chill swim. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. The place is right on a marina, which made for some pretty views especially during sunrise or sunset. Plus, there are some great restaurants nearby, and the beach is walking distance away. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.
