Considering how confused you were with some aspects of daily life, evidenced by your frequent calls for assistance, we have to wonder if you inadvertently booked the wrong place? Regarding your specific concerns: Safety and Amenities: Our condo undergoes regular inspections and meets all safety and licensing requirements for vacation rentals in the Cayman Islands. We appreciate your understanding that these measures are paramount for the safety of all guests, including our own family. Cleanliness: We maintain high standards of cleanliness, verified through post-cleaning photos from our dedicated team. It’s unfortunate you didn’t raise any cleanliness concerns during your stay, as we would have promptly addressed them. A team member was actually in the shower to show you how to turn on the hot water, and you did not point out any cleaning issues! Property Description: The loft shower and overall layout are accurately described with supporting visuals. We provide a second bathroom upstairs as an added convenience, which is highlighted in our listing without additional charges. Expectations: While we understand your disappointment regarding views and the proximity to the parking area, we want to clarify that these aspects are accurately depicted in our listing description. We regret your misunderstanding in this regard. Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers thorough cleaning of the property and its amenities before and after each guest's stay. We kindly request guests to assist with basic housekeeping tasks during their stay, such as taking out trash and cleaning dishes, to ensure a pleasant environment for all. Hospitality and Assistance: We strive to provide excellent hospitality and support to all guests You seemed to have a hard time with the ‘unfamiliar’ and we tried to treat you with grace. Our team walked you through turning the unlocked doorknob completely to open the door on the patio, how to turn the shower lever on to ‘hot’, how to turn on the televisions and operate the remote, bringing over more paper goods even though it’s clearly stated we only provide starter packs. Our intention was to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. We would suggest if you are still able to travel in the future, you are more suited to a hotel than a vacation rental.
