We have built a strong reputation over time, consistently earning at least 4-star ratings and positive reviews, particularly regarding our cleanliness. We partner with a highly respected cleaning company that services the Ritz, ensuring our condo is maintained to the highest standard. Following your departure, we conducted a thorough inspection of the property with our cleaning team and did not find any signs of ants. We take pest control seriously and have a regular service to treat the property for insects every three months. 
We understand that sometimes guests may not be familiar with the faucet operation, and we are always happy to assist. When you texted us via VRBO, the property manager called the house phone multiple times to arrange for a plumber to come in. After getting no response, we texted you twice via VRBO, even providing my cell number. After several days of no response, we assumed you figured out how to use the faucet. We monitor the beach daily, and the amount of sand changes. The beach is accessed by steps leading down to a narrow strip of clean sand or a shallow entrance to the beautiful, clear blue sea. The property added a sandy area with lounge chairs to ensure you can lounge comfortably in the sun after a dip in the water. There is also a gorgeous public beach 5 minutes away by bus that stops at the gate. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continuously improve. However, we feel that some of the points raised in your review do not reflect the true condition of the property or the efforts we made to address your concerns. Unfounded reviews not only affect us but can also mislead future guests who rely on accurate information when making their vacation decisions. We always strive to create a welcoming and positive experience for all our guests, and we hope that future interactions reflect this commitment.
