It's an average Ritz, nothing exceptional. Too many hidden fees when I received my email bill.

Everything is perfect and beautiful at this facility except the fact that at checkout they were trying to over charge us some unheard of resort fee. Although we had paid fully via Expedia they still forcibly tried to push that on us. After 1 hour of discussion, many phone calls and almost missing our flight finally a nice gentleman by the name Jordan waved this strange fee.
This made our beautiful stay into a bitter experience. We hope they don’t do it to other travelers.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. To say that this hotel was exceptional would be an understatement. First, the food was absolutely exquisite. We ate at Taikun, Blue, Andiamo, St. June and also did a private cabana dinner. Each restaurant provided a delicious array of cuisine adding to their goal of offering a unique and memorable culinary experience for their guests. The room was maintained and housekeeping ensured that our room would be upheld to pristine standards even by coming back to make our bed or provide us with towels at night. The property was clean, updated and well-manicured. Above all, the staff was superior in comparison to other upscale hotels we have stayed at. From the guest relations coordinator to the concierge to the wait staff, all went above and beyond to guarantee our happiness and satisfaction. The staff proved to be beyond thoughtful by setting up thoughtful snacks, drinks and decorations in our room on various days of our stay to commemorate this special milestone for us. We cannot thank the staff enough for making this trip so special for us. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back someday!
