"We had a wonderful experience during our stay in this home and we will definitely be renting this location again when we return to MO.First of, communication with both David and Jany Thomas were amazing! They responded to our questions as well as updates during our stay. The home itself was very clean when we arrived and a lot more spacious than what we expected and what the pictures shows. The appliances are updated and works well. There is speedy wifi and phone-data signal does reach the farm. That said, expect to bring some food /snacks when you get here because there are only a few delivery places that will do so.This said, being in the middle of farm-country was a great experience that we will definitely return too. Fun fact, at night, when the skies are clear, you can see a lot of stars - an experience we have yet to have living in the suburbs of FL! We were lucky that our first night here was on the night of the lunar eclipse and the blood moon...it was beautiful! My friends and I just laid on the grass in front of the fenced-in home and watch the whole process. Even the other two nights that we were there, you can still see the stars so clearly. In addition, seeing the cows during the day was a fun sight to see.Overall a relaxing experience and definitely recommend! "
