Perfect Getaway

Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was very nice but they had no propane for the gas grill and no cookie sheets to use in the oven. So we could not cook our steaks or anything. Our plans were to go and stay there but ended up having to go out to eat .. then we left early so it this and the company would not refund anything or do anything about the lack of ability to cook…
The cabin was great and if they had those things taken care of it would have been the perfect place to stay …

Summer Vacation
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the view from the screen porch and overall location to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Having the info for the pool and a set of sheets and pillows for the futon sleeper would be helpful for future guests. We would stay again and recommend this cabin to other couples and small families!

Need improvement
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin looked great, had an amazing view. Inside was very clean and well kept. The cons, the bed frame was put together right causing the bed to bow in the middle almost breaking the box spring support member. I had to put it back together with the stuff that was laying underneath it just to be able to sleep in the bed. I understand the cabin is in the woods but there was giant ants everywhere big enough to where one was carrying a bee. The outside porch barely even worked. There are holes in the wall to where you can see outside and looking from outside you can see where they put some type of tape over a couple of holes but didn’t quite work. There was no pool as it described in the listing stating there was one. Check out time was 10 and we just had got everything loaded up at 9:45 and I’m assuming it was the cleaning people but they made it awkward by backing up then pulling up several times and sitting there while we was getting ready to leave.

Not a good experience in this cabin and issues weren’t immediately addressed! Won’t stay again!

Great little property
