A variety of restaurants are only 4 miles away along with Walmart for grocery shopping. Dollywood, go-karts, mini-golf, WonderWorks, live shows, and the Tanger Outlet Mall are only minutes away. Don’t miss the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Gatlinburg with skiing, ice skating, tubing, aerial tramway, shopping and more. There is so much to do, or do nothing at all!

Summit View Cabin is very close to all the local attractions yet remote enough for you to experience the serenity of the mountains. Traveling to nearby attractions and Gatlinburg is easy by taking the back roads and avoiding tourist traffic on the Parkway.

Payment: 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due thirty (30) days before arrival. Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival require 100% of the total rent at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. No discounts or refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrival, early departure, or if you are unable to arrive at the cabin due to bad weather, snow, or road conditions. Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are recommended for snow and ice. We suggest cancellation/travel insurance. VRBO offers this type of insurance.

It was our first time to the area and this cabin was recommended to us by a friend. We were very pleased with the cabin layout, amenities, and cleanliness. Perfect getaway with an amazing view.
The pictures and descriptions at the website were spot on. From the moment we stepped in the door we were awestruck, not only with the cabin but with the view of Mt. LeConte. We arose each morning to watch the sunrise and found it nearly impossible to leave the cabin to explore the Great Smokeys. The cabin owners were very nice and responsive to any of our questions. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend!

Cabin with a view
Property is as described. View off back deck amazing. Owners very responsive. Clean, had all utensils needed, no shower soaps provided. I always bring my own but those I traveled with, who travel more than me said they haven’t stayed in one that hadn’t provided. If you’ll be staying more than a couple of days will need to bring more Paper towels and TP. Something to note for owner, the glade plug ins smell was very overwhelming, had to unplug. Both nights the nests thermostat went to 80 and had to turn it down/change it even though we didn’t set to 80.

Great location!
My family stayed here for a birthday getaway. The location was perfect; be it for relaxing at the cabin or headed into Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg. We were able to make several excursions and come back home for meals. The discount on Wahoo Ziplines was great and we had so much fun on our morning excursion. The property was spacious and clean and the host was super communicative.

Great cabin, great view
Exactly what I envisioned a cabin in the woods would look like. Decorated to give a cottage feel. Very nice large kitchen. Well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, and appliances. Balconies with great view off of bedrooms and living room. Owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this rental. It was a great place to meet family members and get re-acquainted.

We have stayed at Summit View cabin before and were really impressed! Linda is really nice to work with and answers any questions you might have. The cabin was super clean, spacious and beautiful! The pool area is large and has tons of room whether you like the sun or want some shade in the heat! We had absolutely no issues and can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We loved our stay at this spacious and comfortable cabin overlooking the Smokies! Everything was very clean when we arrived, comfortable for sleeping our family of 4 with some room to spare, and the view of the deck was stunning! Located close to all the activities and attractions in Pigeon Forge, while also giving privacy and quiet at the end of full days of hiking and enjoying tourist attractions. Plus they had a pool to enjoy at the entrance to the resort! We’d recommend our friends or family stay here in the future.

Amazing views, quiet , peaceful and hands down the cleanest property we have vacationed at! Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The hot tub and pool table were definitely added bonuses and a great way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing! We started and ended are day looking at the gorgeous views from the back deck and took a few pictures that are frame worthy. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we have already recommended this property to family and friends. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Wonderful place to escape
Beautiful cabin, located on the outskirts of town. Quiet location, serene surroundings. Pictures are great, the reality is even better. Cabin had all of the amenities that we needed for a short stay. There were only two of us So we had more space than we needed, but it was perfect. Would be perfect for families also. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed. We had a great time playing pool, old arcade, games, and just resting on the back porch . All I can say is that we will definitely return. The owners communicated with us before, and after our stay, they were very accommodating. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Anniversary Get-away
We booked a last minute anniversary trip here and couldn't have been happier. The pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. It was very clean with everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, great views, close to town, hot tub with privacy and pool table for late night games. The owner checked in with us via text to make sure we had everything we needed and was very pleasant to communicate with. We will be coming back to this cozy cabin real soon!

Amazing views and VERY clean!
This property was one we will surely come back to! The first thing we noticed was how clean and fresh smelling this cabin was. You just cannot find a better view. Location was great, kitchen fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Kids enjoyed spending time in the loft. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend!

Great stay with a great view! Hot tub was amazing and the living space was amazing. No complaints. We didn’t see any bears this time, but we did see 3 wild turkeys while we were in the hot tub…lol!!! Great communication with owners. Access to cabin is on a resort and it’s easy to get to. Any type of vehicle can get there. No real privacy though if u want to sit on the front porch. Best to sit on the back deck where there is a little bit more privacy. But you are still close enough to neighbors on both sides to hear conversations of you are outside on the deck but it’s what to expect when staying on a resort. But still 10/10 5 stars!

This property is simply amazing! Linda, the property owner, exuded professionalism, with her attention to detail and excellent communication being standout qualities. Will stay again!
If we ever rent a cabin in this area again, we would definitely stay here. Our trip was cut short because we had to get back to a work emergency, but the few days we got to stay-the cabin was clean, fun, and we have no complaints! We have rented cabins before that were terrible so this was a gamble and we didn’t know what to expect. I’m glad we stayed here!
