This Cabin is everything you would want to have a dream vacation in the smoking mountain area, is located in Sevierville, just minutes Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we are 7 mins to town and 15 to Dollywood. Smokies National Park, Dixie Stampede. Close to all the local Attractions Douglas Lake, Helicopters Rides, Outlet Malls, 8 minutes Sevierville convention center, Movies, restaurants, The Island, Wine and Moonshine tasting, and much more...

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available along with HDTVs in every room.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1) 1 King Sized bedroom (floor down)
2) 1 King Sized Bedroom (floor down)
3) 1 Queen Sized bed and 1 twin bed (floor up)
4) 2 Full sized beds (floor up)
The Playroom for lots of fun, a pool table will have sound system, TV and You can challenge your friends and family to a game.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare amazing meals and serve them around an impressive custom-made granite countertop, big enough to fit a family of 8 or more. The kitchen also comes with double sinks, and granite counter.

Security: For your protection and ours, there are security cameras on the front porch and driveway. These cameras automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property.

Property usable: No parties or large events/ No smoking indoors/ No illegal uses allowed/ No drugs allowed/ No fireworks allowed onsite

The Cabin is DOG Friendly, (Up to dog) okay upon approval and with and additional $100.00 fee per dog, maximum 2 pets are allowed and Maximum 20 pounds.

NOTES
-Guest access: Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.
-Towels and bathroom paper will be provided for the first day. You will provide the propane if you are going to use it, you will find the tank there next to the grill.
-When there is dog hair on beds and furniture, a fee of $29.00 dollars will be charged for extra cleaning.
-If you leave the sink full of dirty things, you will be charged a fee of $29.00 for extra cleaning.

Hosts Ruined my Vacation
Hosts agreed to 180 pet fee which I paid over a month ahead of time. Two days after check in they suddenly decided that I owed another 100, then 2 days after that they claimed I owed another 180. They denied that we had already discussed the pet fee, but fortunately I had all this in writing so they had no leg to stand on to dispute it. After multiple emails with hosts and Vrbo I ultimately got this corrected, but had to spend multiple hours during my vacation to deal with it. Cabin provided no hand towels, and the few bath towels/ washcloths were threadbare and like rags. Host claimed they were going to send me new towels, but they never did.. Kitchen: there was no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no propane in the outdoor grill and the mixer did not work. the kitchen knives were so dull that You could barely cut anything. I would hardly call this a well stocked kitchen. there were only two small kitchen hand towels, so we had to use one of our rare cheap bath towels to dry all of the dishes.. The electricity went out in one of the bedrooms during our stay. There was a very dangerous “drop off” at the top of the stairs and several of us nearly fell down the stairs. Stairrails were wobbly and unsafe. The driveway was so steep that it was nearly impossible to get in and out of our vehicles. The yard also was so steep that we nearly fell trying to walk around in it. This cabin was overpriced and hosts were most difficult to deal with. I have never had such a bad Vrbo

Pretty good over all
Great place did notice the oven didn’t work I let the owner know she made a maintenance appointment. The place did look pretty nice. The shower could’ve been a little cleaner, but nothing I couldn’t clean myself. Answered all my messages within 30 minutes to an hour and was very nice

Awesome mini vacation with family. Cabin was perfect for our stay.
Cabin was nice and clean. Liked the country style setting. The only thing that we didnt have, which was just a personal thing was a griddle for preparing breakfast for 11 people. Otherwise it was well equipped. Thanks

The house was just as advertised. Plenty of room and a great location for what we were there for. The host may be the best host I have ever dealt with when renting. The host was quick to respond (even when I did have a dumb question) with courteous and helpful information. Check was easy. Thank you all for a great trip and we plan to return.

Not what we expected
When we got there the house was not what we expected per the pictures. The property is very outdated. The temperature inside the house was 76 degrees. It took the a/c unit until 6am the next morning to cool the house to 70 degrees. There was no hot water the first day. We called the property owner, who was very responsive, but the maintenance company could not come out until 8pm that night. My son had to google how to fix a gas hot water heater and he fixed the problem. Thankfully we were able to all get a hot shower that night.

Yes we read the other reviews, yes we had wonders, but contrary to those reviews, this cozy little cabin was such a surprise! The pictures of this home do no justice to the immaculate beauty it really is! We stayed here for four of the best days we have stayed anywhere for a vacation! The owners were super accommodating, and kind! The house was cleaner than most hotel rooms where we have stayed, the yard was kept nicely groomed and the neighborhood was calm and inviting! I trusted my gut with this booking and I’m VERY happy I did!! We will return!!

The cabin looked how it looked online…everything was tidy only thing I hate was they had LOTS of roaches! Other than that…it was accommodating. Checking out the host charged for things that was done prior to…they accused me of bringing a dog and having it on camera when we only brought kids we don’t even own a dog. But overall the stay was good but the ending process has me livid…we paid a cleaning fee and still cleaned before we left, made sure the house was intact and still get blamed and charged for something we have no knowledge about

Never Ever Again!!!!!!
Where do I start? There were so many issues with this rental. When we got there, we weren’t able to get into the rental using side door. After about 5 minutes of trying we just went to the front door. (Yes, maybe we should’ve tried that one first. However when you pull into the driveway there’s a door right there so it should work correct???). The front left eye on the stove did not work, there were ROACHES, dust and cobwebs. The bedroom downstairs on the left did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet that was too small for the bed. The pillows and mattress protectors were all stained yellow in both down stairs bedrooms. The TV in the bedroom upstairs on the right did not work at all and the bedroom on the left had parental controls lock. When we brought the ROACHES up to the owner she wanted to imply as if we brought the roaches with us due to no one ever complaining. However, there was a can of roach spray under the kitchen sink which we did NOT BRING; therefore someone knew about the ROACHShe then tried to have us walk-through tech-support over the phone, and when we hung up, she scheduled DIRECTV to come while we were on vacation there. The owner never once apologized for any inconvenience. Any of this had caused. The cleaning lady showed up with her son, and we asked if she could come back in one hour, because we were not dressed, and we did not want to be there, they said yes but then the owner sent us a message saying we refused to let them in which is incorrect.
